i have fixftp – fixftpuser , restart , reset pasword ftp

but it still not working

You may need to edit the file /etc/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.conf

Scroll down to

# PureDB user database (see README.Virtual-Users)

# PureDB @sysconfigdir@/pureftpd.pdb

and check for the line

PureDB /etc/pure-ftpd/pureftpd.pdb

Add the line in if it isn’t there.
